Leo Nakajima started his career at Sumitomo Corporation in Japan, where he focused on risk assessment and value enhancement in business development, credit risk, market risk, and business and investment risk in a wide variety of industries. He is particularly specialized in M&A support and has worked in Singapore. Most recently, as President and CFO in Summit Capital Leasing Co.,Ltd., he oversees the overall management, especially financial strategy, human capital, and digital transformation efforts at a motorcycle finance company in Thailand.
