Speaker Bio:

Richard heads the Fund Services business at Hatcher Plus, a company specializing in developing software and data
models that support fast fund creation, AI-powered deal analysis, intelligent capital deployment, and real-time
management and administration of alternative investment vehicles and strategies. Hatcher Plus offers two primary
platforms: FAAST™ (Funds-as-a-Service Technology) and VAAST®(Venture-As-A-Service Technology) platform.

Richard is a distinguished member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and actively contributes to ACCA’s NextGen group. Additionally, he holds membership wth the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

He holds an Executive Master in Finance from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, with a specialization in accounting and finance.
