翁詩涵在數位化轉型、成長策略、市場進入策略及併購後整合等領域擁有豐富的經驗，深耕大中華區與亞太市場。

翁詩涵曾協助多家亞洲領先金融機構推動策略規劃與轉型，包括：為金融服務集團設計事業重振計畫；制定財富管理業務轉型與成長計畫；為銀行設計數位與客戶體驗策略；以及為金融控股公司規劃五年發展藍圖。她擅長結合策略視角與營運落地，協助客戶實現可持續的業務成長。

她亦與BCG X（BCG的數位化構建與設計部門）緊密合作，協助企業規劃 AI 發展藍圖以及應用場景的落地實踐。

在加入BCG之前，翁詩涵曾任職於匯豐銀行管理產品部門，負責基金、ETF、債券等產品的 P&L 管理與客群分群策略的推動。她擁有美國加州大學洛杉磯分校（UCLA）Anderson 管理學院的工商管理碩士學位（MBA）。
