Stephen Lo is the Chief Financial Officer of Prenetics Global (NASDAQ: PRE), a leading health sciences company. In this role, he oversees the company’s financial strategy and financial reporting. Prior to joining Prenetics in 2018, Mr. Lo served as a Vice President of Investment Banking at Citigroup Asia, where he executed numerous cross-border M&A transactions, IPOs, and various equity and debt issuances. He began his career at Ernst & Young as an accountant.
Mr. Lo received an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
