A qualified accountant with over 29 years of experience, Sudev has led transformation initiatives, enabled technology adoption, and managed global finance operations across Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and third-party managed services. Prior to Mindsprint, he held key roles at organizations including GENPACT, IBM, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) & Saint-Gobain, beginning his career with Kirloskar Group.
