Rachel brings with her about 25 years of deep and broad strategic as well as operational experiences with Fortune 100 companies, Big 4 accounting firms, local listed companies (family offices & public) and statutory boards. Her leadership has seen organisations being supported in transformation initiatives, corporate governance, risk management, internal audit, integrated assurance, compliance and regulatory landscapes. Rachel is currently the Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Director of Group Internal Audit of Tote Board Group. Prior to this, she held several other senior management roles - a Chief Financial Officer and Internal Controls Director in the healthcare industry, a Director in the Big 4 accounting professional firms and various regional roles in a U.S Fortune 100 conglomerate where she was responsible for overseeing compliance, transformation and shared services centre for South-East Asia, India, Australia & New Zealand markets. As Chief Transformation Officer, she spearheads organisational evolution by integrating technological innovation with human capital development, cultivating an agile and future-ready workforce. Rachel’s role often requires synthesising complex data into compelling insights that foster meaningful conversations with C-suites and boards of directors. Being a progressive and decisive implementer, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives, has enable her to champion organisational change across policies, processes and cultural frameworks. Rachel is also an Audit Committee member of a charity that strives to transform lives of vulnerable persons through animal-assisted programmes.
