Shirlyn Ng is a seasoned Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent management, leadership development, employee experience and HR transformation across Asia Pacific, spanning multinational corporations, start-ups, and public sector organisations.

She is currently Senior Director of Human Resources for Asia at Vertiv, where she aligns people strategy with business growth. At Vertiv, Shirlyn has led culture transformation initiatives and spearheaded market expansion projects, including the establishment of new entities in the region.

A strong advocate of data-driven storytelling and design thinking in HR, Shirlyn is known for blending strategic foresight with empathetic leadership. Outside of work, she is passionate about aerial yoga, Pilates, and travel, embodying her belief in holistic well-being and lifelong learning.
