Nicole Quiogue Golloso is a well-established HR and DEI Leader with over a decade of experience in the fields of HR, Marketing and the Academe. 

Graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and completed a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Nicole blends her knowledge and genuine desire to help people to excel in all facets of HR, including talent management, organizational development, culture and L&D. Currently, she serves as the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications for Singapore and Hong Kong and the APAC Regional DEI Lead at McCann Worldgroup, a leading global marketing company.

A finalist for the Women of the Future Awards 2024 and recognized as one of Asia’s Top 50 HR Leaders in 2024, the Philippines’ Top 30 Leaders on LinkedIn in 2023, and the Top 100 Filipinos to Follow on LinkedIn in 2020 & 2024, Nicole strives to embody modern, creative, and genuine HR approaches. She is also a passionate advocate for mental health, drawing on her personal journey to champion resilience, wellbeing, and psychological safety in the workplace and beyond. Nicole has mentored leaders and professionals globally, frequently delivers keynote speeches, and participates in panels at international events, addressing topics such as DEI, employee experience, mental health, personal and career development, and personal branding.
