Natiya leads the Sales & Marketing, HR, Supply Chain & Engineering, and Eastern Seaboard teams at Robert Walters Thailand. In addition to collaborating with companies in Bangkok, she also partners with businesses in the Eastern Seaboard region, supporting their growing hiring needs driven by the Eastern Economic Corridor development project. Specialising in senior-level management recruitment, Natiya works across a wide range of industries, including FMCG, retail, healthcare, automotive, oil and gas, chemical, construction materials, and digital & e-commerce.

With extensive experience gained from a leading international company, Natiya joined Robert Walters Thailand in 2011. Her seven-year tenure as a Sales Manager has provided her with in-depth knowledge of the services industry.
