Gerónimo Maspero is the co-founder of Humand, the internal communication and management platform connecting more than one million people across over 1,000 companies in 40 countries.He studied Computer Science at the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA) and began his entrepreneurial journey alongside Nicolás Benenzon, co-founding Humand in 2019 after identifying the internal communication challenges faced by companies with operational teams.Under their leadership, Humand evolved from a pilot project with ArcelorMittal Acindar into a global company backed by Y Combinator and founders of companies such as Dropbox, Lyft, Rappi, and Mural.Today, Humand is an international organization with more than 300 employees in 20 countries, continuing to transform how companies communicate and strengthen their organizational culture.
