Mik is a finance executive with over a decade of experience supporting strategic decision making in large-scale multinational manufacturing operations. He created data-driven financial models that helped optimize organizational profitability and champions digital-finance transformation, leveraging analytics and automation to boost agility, strengthen controls, and ensure robust financial reporting compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Since 2017, Mik has also been serving as the Chairman of the Board of a community cooperative that has now grown to ₱325 million, achieving a ten-fold asset growth through inclusive, results-oriented governance.
A 17th placer in the Philippine CPA board exam, Mik is also a US Certified Management Accountant, holds an MBA from De La Salle University, completed a CFO Leadership Program at the Asian Institute of Management, and is currently pursuing a Chief Strategy Officer Program at the National University of Singapore.
