She worked with the board of executives on IPO-related restructuring, acquisitions, divestments, financing strategies and led post-IPO finance integration. Her earlier career grounded her in audit excellence. Her leadership as Director and CFO at multinational companies led to good governance, risk and compliance oversight across multiple entities. Currently, she is a Co-Founder and Partner at PT Verum Consulting Indonesia, leveraging her expertise to support strategic decision-making and corporate governance.
