Paulina is an environmental engineer and corporate sustainability leader with more than 17 years of international experience across Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. She has advised organizations in sectors including consumer goods, automotive, construction, IT/telecommunications, and energy, helping them embed sustainability into core strategy and operations.

Passionate about accelerating the transition to a low-carbon economy, she focuses on delivering measurable financial, environmental, and productivity gains. As ESG Manager at Jadestone Energy, an independent oil and gas operator in the Asia-Pacific region, Paulina leads the integration of ESG into business operations, ensuring that material risks and opportunities are effectively managed across the company’s asset portfolio.

She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and an MBA in Global Technology Management from Hamburg University of Technology.
