He was the Chief Financial Officer of AirAsia in the Philippines, which led the world's best low-cost airline since 2009 from pandemic-caused insolvency to sustainable recovery and growth. He was also the Head of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) of Colgate-Palmolive Philippines when it posted record-high market share and profits in 2021, even surpassing the combined growth of all its European counterparts. Presently, he is the General Manager and CFO of PHILORE Group Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based cross-border talent solutions startup which is passionate about education and integration of the Filipinos into the global workforce. He works with universities, colleges and hospitals in providing grassroot scholarships to aspiring nurses and doctors. He is also with Enderun Colleges, teaching business and entrepreneurship courses. He speaks on conferences and advises boards on topics such as RGM, turnaround management, and commercial finance.
