Izdihar Ibrahim is a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience in financial planning, business controls, and corporate strategy. She is currently the Head of Business Controls, Finance at UEM Edgenta Berhad, where she oversees the group’s Malaysia businesses, covering Property & Facility Solutions, Healthcare, and Infrastructure, as well as consultancy services delivered under the Malaysian portfolio.

Her earlier career spans Dialog Group, Hibiscus Petroleum, KPMG, ExxonMobil, and EY, equipping her with a strong foundation in audit, financial management, and reporting. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA, is a MICPA-certified accountant, and has completed executive leadership training at INSEAD.
Izdihar also contributes to the broader finance community, having spoken at the Malaysia CFO Summit 2025 on the evolving role of CFOs in driving strategy and execution.
