Melisa currently serves as a CFO / Finance Director of Superbank. Prior to joining Superbank, Melisa was the CFO of a payment fintech, OY! Indonesia as well as Head of Credit Risk & COO of DBS Bank Indonesia.

She is also currently active in various organizations in which she serves as Director of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) Indonesia, BOD of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Society Indonesia, Co-founders of Indonesia Women in Finance Club, and Vice President of NTU Alumni Association Indonesia.

Recently, she was awarded Indonesia Most Extraordinary Women Business Leader 2025, Indonesia Best CFO 2024 by SWA Magazine, Top 500 Most Outstanding Women 2025, Top 200 Future Leaders 2025 by Infobank, Indonesia's Women Influencer 2023 Award in Financial Services Industry by WFIS.

Melisa moved back to Indonesia in 2014 after various banking stints in JPMorgan Singapore and Citi Singapore. Melisa graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Bachelor of Business specializing in Actuarial Science, and MBA in Finance & Strategy. She is a certified CFA, FRM, CA, CPA (Aust), ASEAN CPA, and contributes as an international keynote speaker and guest lecturer.
