Jean-Paul is the Managing Director of Group Global Business Services at Boardroom Limited, based in Singapore. With extensive experience in Shared Services, Outsourcing, and Corporate Services, he has held leadership roles at top firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, Grant Thornton, and TMF Group.

Jean-Paul has managed large, culturally diverse teams across Europe and Asia, focusing on transforming business operations and driving growth. His expertise lies in aligning global business processes with strategic vision, optimizing performance in high-growth environments.

He is also the Programme Director of the Asia Global Business Services Council (AGBS) for The Conference Board and has served on the Board of the European Outsourcing Association's French chapter. A recognized expert and thought leader, Jean-Paul frequently speaks at industry events and contributes to professional publications.
