Julie has over 20 years of experience as a seasoned HR leader, specialising in HR transformation, digitalisation, talent acquisition, organisational effectiveness, and resource management. She has held global and regional roles across industries such as technology, FMCG, and e-commerce.

Her previous roles include CHRO at a US tech start-up, PepsiCo APAC Head of Talent Acquisition, Microsoft Head of Talent Acquisition (Thailand & ASEAN), Accenture Regional Talent Management (ASEAN), and Seagate APAC Global Talent Management.

Currently, Julie is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Celestica Thailand, leading initiatives in TA transformation, ATS implementation, and employer branding.
