Dr. Yanir Landenberg has over fifteen years of expertise with a proven record of establishment in guiding both financial and commercial strategic activities mainly in the shipping industry and leading a successful NYSE Initial Public Offerings.

Dr. Landenberg is a director is serval logistic companies and agencies in Asia Pacific whilst spurring growth through business plans, public listing, debt restructuring and strategic M&As.

Dr. Landenberg is the Chief Financial Officer of Goldstar Line’s since 2017, Goldstar Line with an annual turnover of above US$1B, is a Hong Kong based leading liner shipping company operating around 60 container vessels and car carriers. Goldstar line is a leading carrier in the trades/ clusters of focus, Intra Asia, Asia to Africa, Far East to India Subcontinent and Asia to Oceania.

Dr. Landenberg is in-charge of the company’s Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Planning, Risk functions and Administration functions. His accountability of large-scale budgets and company’s turn-over led to successful management and modernizing internal corporate finance complying with global accounting standards.

Prior to Goldstar Line, Dr. Landenberg held several senior finance positions in the NYSE listed ZIM group.

Yanir holds a Doctor of Business and Administration degree in global trade and business growth in a culturally diverse environment, with a focus in the container shipping industry from Nottingham Trent University.
