Tinnapop started his career at PwC as a tax consultant before shifting his career to recruitment. His recruitment career began at Robert Walters where he specialized in recruiting mid to senior-level finance and accounting positions in Thailand. When CGP Thailand was launched in 2022, he was invited to join as the Division Head of finance and Accounting, where he was the pioneer person to build the current team which dedicated to recruiting finance and accounting candidates.
