Dipak is the Global Head of Financial Planning and Reporting at Yinson Renewables. He has over 15 years of experience in senior finance roles across diverse industries such as renewable energy, shipping, and manufacturing. He is an agile leader with strong business acumen and expertise in managing multi-geography finance functions encompassing business partnering, strategic planning, M&A (buy-side), financial reporting, analytics, auditing, and treasury.
His hands-on experience includes leading finance operations set-up, process improvement projects, and driving change management and ERP implementation. He thrives in challenging, diverse, multicultural, fast-paced, and dynamic environments.
Dipak is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), passed CFA Level 2 from CFA Institute and is an Associate member of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
