Andrea Wong brings almost 20 years of diverse professional experience at the intersection of accounting, finance, and talent strategy, making her a trusted advisor to CFOs and financial leaders across Singapore and Hong Kong. A graduate of the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a proud member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Andrea began her career at PwC in Hong Kong as a Tax Consultant working with a broad range of clients, including multinational corporations and publicly listed firms. Her specialization in tax due diligence and offshore claims laid a strong foundation for the strategic acumen she applies to her work today. After five years in tax advisory, Andrea took a bold step into talent solutions, joining Robert Half in Hong Kong. Over the next decade, she built an extensive network of relationships with CFOs across Private Equity and other Asset Management firms, Insurance, and Banking sectors. Known for her ability to identify and attract top financial talent, Andrea has played a pivotal role in helping clients navigate market complexities by aligning their leadership teams with skilled professionals. During this time, she also represented Robert Half as a corporate member of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. In 2022, Andrea relocated to Singapore to assume the role of Managing Director at Robert Half Singapore. Today, she oversees three core talent solution divisions—Permanent Placement, Contracting, and Consulting—and leads specialized teams focused on Finance and Accounting, Financial Services, Technology, Business and Finance Transformation, and Human Resources. Under her leadership, Andrea has cemented her presence as an active leader in Singapore’s recruitment community. She served over a year as a taskforce memeber to the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants' (ISCA) Salary and Career Taskforce, a panelist at high-profile events such as the IIA, and a mentor through organizations like SG Enable and the Singapore Leaders Network.
