Andi Saputra is a seasoned finance executive and strategic business partner with over 20 years of experience across finance, strategy, and transformation roles in multinational organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at OCS Indonesia and Philippines, he leads finance, supply chain, and legal functions while advising the Board and CEO on strategic direction and performance improvement.

He has a strong track record in driving business turnaround, strengthening financial governance, and building high-performing finance organizations that enable value creation and sustainable growth. His leadership has been instrumental in transforming financial performance from negative margins to profitability, as well as embedding robust controls, transparency, and a “single source of truth” culture.

Prior to OCS, Andi held senior leadership roles at ISS Indonesia and G4S, where he led strategic planning, large-scale transformation initiatives, and digital integration programs that enhanced operational excellence and organizational alignment.

A Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with distinction and an MBA graduate, Andi is passionate about redefining the role of finance as a strategic enable, bridging data, strategy, and execution to unlock business potential in an increasingly dynamic environment.
