Pooja Jhaveri is a strategic HR leader with over 15 years of experience driving organizational transformation, talent development, and culture change across global markets. Currently serving as Head of Global Talent Development at Airwallex, she leads talent strategy for a high-growth fintech serving over 100,000 businesses globally. In this role, she is spearheading and implementing comprehensive talent frameworks, introducing leadership development programs, and driving organization-wide AI transformation initiatives.

Prior to Airwallex, Pooja served as APAC Head of Talent & DEI at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), where she directed talent and diversity strategy across 11 markets. She co-designed the company's flagship leadership development programs and led regional DEI strategy through extensive employee engagement initiatives. At HP Inc., she partnered with senior business leaders and drove people strategy through a major organizational transformation from a 3-region to 10-market model, achieving positive engagement scores despite challenging circumstances.

Pooja has demonstrated expertise in securing C-suite buy-in, designing scalable talent solutions, and delivering measurable business impact in complex, multi-cultural environments. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and was recognized as HRD Singapore's Rising Star and was a recepient of a Kindness and Leadership Leading Light award.
