Ray is the CFO at XB Market Ventures and also a Director at XBourse Global, a FinTech developing an integrated digital exchange platform to facilitate trading of Nature-Based Financial Instruments in the global climate capital markets for decarbonisation.

He is a qualified accountant with 20+ years of financial and management consulting experiences at global consulting firms and FinTechs. Ray has advised C-suites at global corporations and financial institutions on various local and global initiatives; namely in strategy, value creation, performance improvement, business transformation, mergers and acquisition, integration and divestiture management strategies, as well as both financial and operational (re)structuring. 

He holds Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne, Masters of Accountancy from RMIT University, and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and CPA Australia. Ray is a long-serving mentor for the MBA programmes at The Hong Kong University and City University of Hong Kong. He speaks English and Mandarin.
