With strong market knowledge and insights into industry trends, she recruits top HR talent for local and multinational companies across roles such as HR directors/managers, country HR directors, and specialists in areas such as organisational development and talent management.

Throughout her career, Rungnapa has worked with over 1,000 HR professionals, placing exceptional talent into businesses. Many have become key drivers of business transformation and trusted partners to leaders at both country and regional levels.

Rungnapa began her recruitment career in 2006 and earned a Master’s degree from Mälardalen University in Sweden in 2008. She also gained experience at Citibank in internal communications and at APM Group as an HR Consultant focusing on cultural projects.
