Bruce Hsu, Managing Director of Ricoh Taiwan Co., Ltd., is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations and transformation strategy. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and has over 20 years of experience in the information technology and business management fields, including previous roles at multinational technology companies such as HP. Since 2018, Hsu has become the first locally appointed Managing Director of Ricoh Taiwan, leading the company’s evolution from traditional multifunction printer sales to a new business model that integrates “devices + services + workflow solutions,” driving innovation through intelligent work models, cloud services, and digital process optimization.

許博惇現任台灣理光股份有限公司常務董事，負責公司整體營運與轉型策略推動，畢業於美國伊利諾大學香檳校區企業管理碩士，曾任職於 HP等跨國科技企業，擁有超過二十年資訊產業與企業管理經驗。自 2018 年起，成為理光首位本土籍常務董事，帶領理光從傳統事務機銷售邁向「設備 ＋ 服務 ＋ 流程整合」的新商業模式，推動創新的智能工作模式、雲端服務與數位流程優化。
