Prior to joining InCorp, she served as CHRO at Cake Group, a FinTech organization, where she led transformative initiatives to scale start-up teams and embed culture during periods of rapid change.

Her career includes senior leadership roles in global organizations such as ByteDance, Samsung Electronics, Al-Futtaim Group, and Far East Organization. A Certified Executive Coach, Joana has advised and coached more than 50 global leaders, helping them drive talent strategy, build teams from the ground up, and navigate complex, fast-paced environments supporting over 10,000 employees across Asia Pacific.
