Jessie is a seasoned treasury and payments professional with 23 years of experience in fintech, fund management, and banking. She specialises in building scalable treasury and payments capabilities, with deep expertise in FX risk management, derivatives, cross-border liquidity, and emerging-market currency infrastructure. Throughout her career, she has she has built and led high-performing teams, partnering closely with commercial, product, and operations stakeholders
She joined Coda in 2019 when it was ramping up its global operations and was instrumental in its growth to unicorn status. In 2022, Coda raised $690M and has a solid investor base that includes GIC, Smash Capital, Insights Partners, Apis Partners and GMO. She has since played a central role in shaping Coda’s commercial and pricing-led treasury verticals, bridging payments, FX, and balance-sheet strategy to support sustainable growth.
Jessie is also the President of the Financial Women's Association Singapore, a volunteer-led organisation with a core mission to empower and promote the advancement of women in the financial sector in Singapore.
Outside of work, Jessie is also an entrepreneur and co-founder of a gourmet butchery and e-commerce business. She is married with two teenage children.
