With over 25 years in Asia, Jay has led numerous projects, including due diligence, market entry, post-merger integration, restructuring and strategic planning, helping multinationals and entrepreneurs navigate uncertainty with confidence.
An entrepreneur in his own right, Jay is Co-Founder and Managing Director for the digital twin-based FP&A software Decision Critical and is the Founder and Managing Partner for the Asia-based boutique corporate financial consultancy ECFO Services.
A longtime resident of Asia, Jay speaks Mandarin Chinese and holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS from SUNY Fort Schuyler.
