She leads the organisation’s people strategy and HR capabilities across multiple markets, enabling business growth while fostering a workplace culture where employees can thrive.

Jean has extensive HR leadership experience across high-growth technology companies in the region. Prior to joining Kredivo Group, she held senior HR roles at Shopee, Southeast Asia’s leading e-commerce platform, where she partnered with business leaders to scale and strengthen organisational capabilities.

She holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology. She is passionate about shaping the future of work in Southeast Asia, with a focus on trust-centered leadership and resilient workplace design.
