Synopsis

Southeast Asia's rapid multi-channel commerce growth has left finance teams grappling with unprecedented supply chain volatility and high-volume transaction matching challenges. A recent study by EY indicates that 45% of supply chain leaders expect their operations to be mostly autonomous by 2035, highlighting a massive shift toward AI-powered decision-making. How can finance leaders successfully guide their teams through this transition to agentic financial operations while maintaining control and organisational resilience?

Learning outcomes:

  • Explore how autonomous AI-driven matching models adapt to Southeast Asia's fragmented regulatory landscapes, allowing organisations to maintain financial integrity without manual intervention.
  • Examine change management frameworks for AI transformation that actively support team well-being, transparent communication, and continuous capability building as daily accounting workflows evolve.
  • Understand how diagnosing existing operational bottlenecks and intercompany friction points ensures long-term, sustainable AI integration across diverse regional entities.
