As one of Asia’s leading international financial centres, Hong Kong continues to play a pivotal role in facilitating regional and global capital flows, connecting multinational enterprises, investors, and financial institutions across Asia and beyond. Heading into 2026, organisations in Hong Kong are navigating a complex macroeconomic environment shaped by global interest rate uncertainty, persistent inflationary pressures, geopolitical fragmentation, and evolving regulatory and compliance expectations. At the same time, accelerating digitalisation, rapid AI adoption, and growing scrutiny around sustainability, governance, and risk are reshaping the role of finance leaders across the region.
